How To Report

As a member of the Texas A&M University community you have both the right and a responsibility to report any compliance concerns to the appropriate authorities.  Many concerns are reported by topic, many are reported by location, while others are reported based upon your role at the University.  The information below will guide you to the appropriate reporting avenue.

Emergency Situations

For emergency situations - those situations that represent an immediate threat to life or property - please contact local authorities.  If you require emergency assistance or believe a crime is in progress call 9-1-1 to reach police, fire, or medical services.

911 or 9-911

If you are calling from off-campus or from a cellular phone dial 9-1-1 for emergency services.  If you are calling from campus using a campus phone dial 9-9-1-1 for emergency services.

Non-emergency Police Calls

For a non-emergency situation that relates to suspected criminal activity, please call the University Police Department via the non-emergency number (979) 845-2345.

Risk, Fraud & Misconduct Hotline

  • Accounting & Financial Issues - Accounting and auditing matters, falsifications of contracts, reports or records, fraud, scholarship/financial aid misconduct, improper contractor activity or other similar issues.
  • Human Resources - Discrimination, harassment, nepotism, employee misconduct, time abuse, benefit abuse, conflict of interest or other similar issues.
  • Risk and Safety - Environmental and safety matters, public safety, vandalism, sabotage or other similar issues.
  • Other issues.
