- Provide oversight for Safety and Security, including the Environmental Health and Safety Department and the University Police Department
- Implement an Enterprise Risk Management program
- Establish a University-wide Compliance Program
- Maintain the Texas A&M University Rules and SAPs
- Provide Management Advisory Services to the University community
